Partner Megan Dubatowka Recognized in MG Magazine ‘Ladies Who Litigate’ Feature

Harris St. Laurent & Wechsler partner Megan Dubatowka was recently named in MG Magazine’s Ladies Who Litigate feature about the top women litigators in the U.S. cannabis industry. 

The article noted that the women who made the list “have proven themselves highly competent, knowledgeable, and tenacious when representing their clients in court, arbitration, or other legal dealings. All are experienced in cannabis-related litigation.”

Dubatowka represents individuals and companies in commercial and employment litigation, arbitration and mediation, and in business and contractual matters. Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the past six years, Dubatowka recently successfully second-chaired an arbitration representing a leading U.S. cannabis testing lab against its former CEO. Following the arbitration, the CEO dismissed a multi-claim derivative litigation against the lab and related defendants including officers, directors, and shareholders, all of whom were represented by Dubatowka and her colleagues at HSW.  She also represents a startup luxury organic CBD company in all phases of its business: from drafting startup documents to providing strategic advice regarding business expansion, including advising on vendor relationships, intellectual property and efforts to raise investment capital.
