Managing Partner Jonathan Harris Named a 2022 Northeast Trailblazer by The American Lawyer

Harris St. Laurent & Wechsler managing partner Jonathan Harris has been named to The American Lawyer’s Northeast Trailblazers for 2022. The list, along with The American Lawyer’s other Trailblazers supplements, recognizes movers and shakers in the legal industry who have made an impact through new strategies or precedent-setting matters across the country.

Harris is a trial lawyer with extensive business and financial experience. He regularly advises companies, founders and executives in employment matters, partnerships and business deals. Harris is the litigator who many entrepreneurs call when they’re cut out of the business they founded without proper compensation. His cases, such as Learning Annex and Compass, have made new law around quantum meruit and equitable remedies, particularly in the common startup situation where a client has no formal agreement with co-founders.
