Louise Lipsker
Attorney
Louise Lipsker is a French-admitted attorney with a practice at the crossroads of white-collar defense, emerging technologies, and global regulation. She brings an international perspective shaped by her legal training in France and the United States, and her experience working with leading institutions on both sides of the Atlantic.
Louise holds advanced degrees from New York University, the University of Strasbourg, and the University of Paris–Sorbonne, specializing in General Private Law and Bankruptcy Law. At NYU, she earned an LL.M. with a focus on the legal challenges of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital platforms regulation.
Before joining Harris St. Laurent & Wechsler LLP, Louise trained at Cabinet Temime et Associés, one of Paris’s premier criminal defense firms, and served in the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs in New York, working within the Treaty Section. Beyond her legal practice, she contributes globally as a Jewish Diplomat with the World Jewish Congress, representing the organization in high-level international forums.
Fluent in French, German, and English, Louise currently works with HSW as an attorney/law clerk in white-collar defense, AI, employment, and commercial litigation while awaiting admission to the New York Bar.
