HSW 2022 Trial & Arbitration Round-Up

The lawyers at Harris, St. Laurent & Wechsler LLP completed eight trials in 2022, seven arbitrations and one bench trial. The trials included contested matters over employee compensation, corporate governance, defamation, and commercial disputes.  In the three matters in which the Firm represented plaintiffs, the Firm obtained awards for our clients totaling over $55 million. While the outcome of several defense-side matters remain outstanding, no damages have been awarded in the majority of the matters in which the Firm represented a defendant.

The Firm remains committed to the principle that all reasonable means should be explored to resolve disputes by negotiation. But when the parties cannot come to resolution, for whatever reason, the Firm is more than capable of obtaining outstanding results for our clients at trial.
