Caroline Libby
Associate
Caroline Libby is an associate in the firm’s employment practice. Caroline advises individuals and companies, throughout the employment lifecycle, including compensation, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, severance pay, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and whistleblowing. In addition, Caroline negotiates compensation and benefit packages for executives and employees as part of acquisitions or sales of businesses, and has experience conducting transactional due diligence.
Caroline represents clients in employments disputes before regulatory and arbitration tribunals, federal and state courts, and local administrative agencies.
Past Experience and Education
Prior to joining Harris St. Laurent & Wechsler, Caroline was a labor and employment associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and Davis & Gilbert LLP. Caroline attended Colgate University, graduating summa cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and was a member of the Virginia Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.
Ms. Libby is admitted to the bar of New York.
