Benchmark Litigation Names Megan Dubatowka, Daniel Grossman to 40 and Under List - Northeast

The prestigious legal ranking Benchmark Litigation has named partners Megan Dubatowka and Daniel Grossman to its 10th annual 40 & Under List - Northeast. This is the second consecutive year Dubatowka has appeared on the list, and it is Grossman’s debut.

Grossman is a member of the firm's employment group, advising clients on contracts, separations, restrictive covenant disputes, and compensation and discrimination claims. He often represents clients in the financial services industry, including recently in two successful FINRA arbitrations and a New York Commercial Division bench trial.
