HS FILES SUIT AGAINST KKR, SHAMROCK CAPITAL, AND FORMER MEMBERS OF FANTASY SPORTS GIANT BOARD

HS and Bartlit Beck filed a lawsuit on behalf of founders, shareholders, and former employees of fantasy sports giant, FanDuel. The complaint seeks damages and a constructive trust against former members of FanDuel’s board of directors and private equity investors, KKR and Shamrock Capital Advisors, for undervaluing the stock consideration FanDuel received in connection with its 2018 merger with Paddy Power Betfair. The HS team includes Jonathan Harris, Vanessa Biondo and Evan Bolla.
